Partner Success Manager
What will your responsibilities be?
Customer relationship management: Your task will be to ensure customer satisfaction. You will actively communicate with OptiMonk’s sales team and with clients.
Project management: Planning, tracking, and supervising your projects. Together with the Senior Partner Success Manager, you will coordinate collaboration with clients, monitor timelines, and ensure results are delivered.
Product development suggestions: You will monitor market trends and emerging technologies and propose ideas for product development.
Data analysis and reporting: Identifying personalization opportunities based on OptiMonk’s proprietary know-how and data provided by clients.
Marketing support: You will support the marketing team with insights gained from customer relationships and data to help design more effective campaigns.
Onboarding: You will personally contribute to the onboarding process of new subscribers, help set up successful campaigns, and optimize them.
OptiMonk events: Participation in conferences and workshops
