Besides developing an amazing tool for eCommerce, we are also working hard at OptiMonk on building a fast growing business.

And we’re currently looking for a Customer Care Representative to be part of the Customer Support Team.

How would you contribute to our mission?

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service

  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues via our support channels (tickets, phone and chat) both in English and Hungarian

    Take part in strategic planning and customer related initiatives and projects.

  • Create and maintain support documentations in several formats (videos, Q&As, articles)

  • Collaborate with Technical Support and product teams to resolve technical issues and channel customer feedback to our product development

  • Help our users with invoice and payment related questions and issues, coordinate with Finance if necessary

What we would like to see from you:

  • You have 2+ years experience in the field of Customer Service, and have a strong interest in the SaaS business model.

  • Customer focused mindset: you like to help other people and it is not bothering you to tell the same story for the 20th time.

  • You are a great team worker and collaborate with other teams and departments.

  • You are dynamic and a fast learner: our product evolves and grows, so it is a good challenge to keep up your expert status to provide the best service for our customers.

  • You are fluent in English and in Hungarian, both in written and verbal communication. Our main customer base is the US market.

  • Willing to grow, if you have an interest in Customer Success or Marketing, we can feed your curiosity.

  • You can work remotely for longer periods if needed. During the pandemic the whole team is working from home.

  • You don't shy away from new challenges even if they are out of your comfort zone.

Big Plus:

  • Experience with or knowledge of the SaaS industry
  • Experience with or knowledge of the eCommerce industry
  • Experience with or knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, Hubspot
